Ham and Pickle Roll Ups

This may be the weirdest combo you've heard of, but trust us, this is the BEST appetizer ever and you'll be making it over and over again.
Servings 20 (ish) roll ups

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 pound thinly sliced ham think lunch meat
  • 4 ounces cream cheese room temperature
  • 8 large kosher dill pickles patted dry

Instructions
 

  • Place the cream cheese in a large bowl and beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Don't buy the pre-whipped cream cheese, it's too watery and runny in these.
  • Place one piece of ham on your cutting board.
  • Spread cream cheese over ham (you can do as thin or thick of a layer as you want).
  • Place the pickle on one end of the ham and roll up.
  • Use a sharp knife to slice into ½“ pieces.
  • Chill for an hour before serving.
