Method
- Place the cream cheese in a large bowl and beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Don't buy the pre-whipped cream cheese, it's too watery and runny in these.
- Place one piece of ham on your cutting board.
- Spread cream cheese over ham (you can do as thin or thick of a layer as you want).
- Place the pickle on one end of the ham and roll up.
- Use a sharp knife to slice into ½“ pieces.
- Chill for an hour before serving.
