Rainbow Yogurt Bark

This fun frozen treat is the perfect healthy snack for kids (and a great activity to do together)!
Servings: 8 kids

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups yogurt any kind but color free (greek yogurt, vanilla, etc)
  • 2 tablespoons sprinkles
  • food coloring get at least 2-4 different colors

Method
 

  1. Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Split the yogurt into 3 separate bowls.
  3. Add about 2-4 drops of food coloring in each bowl and stir until combined and you get the desired color.
  4. Use a spoon to drop the different color yogurts in blobs all around the baking dish.
  5. Gently swirl together and smooth out slightly using a spatula (but be careful not to overmix the colors).
  6. Sprinkle the sprinkles over the top.
  7. Place in the freezer to chill for about 3-4 hours until firm.
  8. Remove from freezer and use a knife to cut into pieces. Enjoy right away or store in an airtight container for up to 2 months!
