Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
Split the yogurt into 3 separate bowls.
Add about 2-4 drops of food coloring in each bowl and stir until combined and you get the desired color.
Use a spoon to drop the different color yogurts in blobs all around the baking dish.
Gently swirl together and smooth out slightly using a spatula (but be careful not to overmix the colors).
Sprinkle the sprinkles over the top.
Place in the freezer to chill for about 3-4 hours until firm.
Remove from freezer and use a knife to cut into pieces. Enjoy right away or store in an airtight container for up to 2 months!
